5730 Let Calendar Listing Events Edit the Marketing Page

Currently, Calendar Listing events do not have a link for the director to edit the marketing page. We want to let them edit their page without needing to contact their sales rep.
My thought is that the link to edit the marketing page should be available in the left nav bar of the event dashboard.

One caveat is that calendar listing events don't have payees, so they shouldn't be allowed to set up sponsors on our site. There is currently a button on the edit marketing page which takes the user to the sponsors page. This button should be removed for calendar listing event directors visiting the edit marketing page. If any other functionality is discovered during the development/testing process which uses payees or requires payees to be set up, that functionality should be blocked and/or removed.

In addition to this, I discovered that if you type in the navbar's search field (and the one at the top of the page), a calendar listing director can access pages they should NOT have access to. We need to block the search results from returning anything they shouldn't have access to.

Definition of Done:
The link to edit the marketing page appears in the left navbar for calendar listing events. (for normal events, this link resides in the Growth Tools, but for this case, my thought is to have it appear by itself under Event Administration, but you can ask Hyrum or Bryan for more accurate guidance)
When editing the marketing page for calendar listings, nothing about sponsors should be visible.
No other functionality which is discovered to involve payees or money should be hidden/restricted.
All other links that are normally hidden from calendar listing events do NOT appear in the site search.
